Faith Soltero received her Master of Science in Healthcare Management at California State University, Los Angeles. Prior to joining LABBN, she volunteered in the Maternity department at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center. She also interned at Kaiser Permanente, where she helped oversee business operations and project management. Most recently, she worked at the Department of Healthcare Services assisting staff analysts in the Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment Program. Faith is passionate about serving her community and is particularly interested in reducing healthcare disparities. She is happy to be working at LA Best Babies Network on the technical assistance and training team supporting its mission in serving families across L.A County.

Fun facts:

• On her time off, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends. This summer, she traveled to 5 different countries and went on her annual camping trip to Mammoth Lakes, CA. She loves the outdoors and socializing with others.
• Her personal motto is, “With God, faith, and perseverance, anything is possible.” She has lived by this since she was in high school. Fun fact: She even got this motto tattooed on her and won a scholarship based on the motto.
• Her hobbies include working out, listening to podcasts, and cooking.
