Prior to joining LABBN, she worked as a coordinator in several acute units at California Hospital Medical Center. As a firm believer that the mission of LABBN is incredibly important for the future of Los Angeles County and for the state of California, she feels fortunate to be part of a team with so much dedication to help the community. She is passionate about improving the quality of care and quality of life for the underserved population of Los Angeles County. She is a southern California native who received her BA in Psychology from Cal State Fullerton.

Fun facts:

• She loves all things outdoors. Camping, hiking, and exploring are some of her favorites. She also plays the guitar and ukulele!
• All her fondest childhood memories involve being outdoors with her family. They went on many wonderful camping trips to Yosemite, Sequoia, Mammoth, Joshua Tree, and other great places!
• Her dad gave her the best piece of advice she was ever given. When she was much younger and struggling with her job, her dad told her, “Kid, you’re going to have a lot of time to be old and worrisome. No need to do that to yourself now." She quit shortly thereafter!
• If she could visit a fictional place, she would visit the house from The Golden Girls for the hilarity and cheesecake!
• If she could share a meal with four individuals — living or dead — she would want to do so with David Bowie, Dolly Parton, Rob Zombie, and Nelson Mandela.
