Arcenia is a first-generation Latina college graduate who recently obtained a Masters in Health Administration from the University of La Verne, with a concentration in Public Health. She graduated from California State University, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Prior to joining LABBN, she worked as an Administrative Assistant at California Rehabilitation Institute. During her time there, she provided support to management and the Patient Experience team. She also volunteered at four non-profit hospitals during her time as an undergradate student. She is passionate about giving back to her community and reducing health disparities.

Fun facts:

• On her time off, Arcenia enjoys going for walks on the beach, hiking, and reading books.
• The best piece of advice she was given was to never doubt her abilities, no matter how hard life may get.
• Arcenia’s favorite childhood memory is waking up every Saturday morning and watching cartoons on ABC with her three older siblings.
